Honouring a Catalyst for Compassion: Prof. Mrs. Ifeoma Ulasi

At UNTH Foundation, we believe that healing begins with connection—and this week, we witnessed the power of collaboration in action.

We proudly acknowledge Prof. Mrs. Ifeoma Ulasi, a dedicated board member of the UNTH Foundation, whose vision and commitment were instrumental in connecting UNTH Foundation, UNTH Ituku-Ozalla, and the De Imperial Philanthropic Family.

Thanks to her efforts, this partnership blossomed into a transformative act of generosity: a donation of ₦22,913,140.00 to support indigent patients whose treatments had been halted due to financial hardship.

Because of her, lives were saved.

Families were reunited with hope.

Patients who had lost access to care were given a second chance.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Obinna Onodogu, Chief Medical Director of UNTH Ituku-Ozalla, for creating the enabling environment that allowed this collaboration to flourish. His openness and leadership helped pave the way for this life-changing intervention.

Together, Prof. Ulasi and Dr. Onodogu have shown what compassionate leadership can achieve—restoring dignity, delivering healing, and inspiring hope.
