Through strategic programs and innovative partnerships, we address critical healthcare needs while building sustainable support systems for patients and medical professionals.
1. Indigent Patient Fund
The Indigent Patient Fund provides direct financial assistance to patients who cannot afford their medical bills at UNTH.
The Challenge: Over 40% of patients at UNTH are medically indigent. Many remain in the hospital for months after discharge because they cannot pay their bills, while others have their treatments stopped because they cannot afford medication costs.
Our Solution: We provide immediate financial assistance to:
- Offset outstanding hospital bills
- Purchase essential medications
- Cover surgical procedures and treatments
- Enable discharged patients to return home
Impact: Thousands of indigent patients have received life-saving treatment and timely discharge, improving bed availability and overall healthcare delivery at UNTH.
How to Support: Your donation to the Indigent Patient Fund directly changes lives. Every contribution helps a
patient receive the care they desperately need.
Through strategic programs and innovative partnerships, we address critical healthcare needs while building sustainable support systems for patients and medical professionals.
