UNTH Foundation Secures Strategic Partnership with Henemez Group of Companies
The University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) Foundation secures a new partnership with the Henemez Group of Companies through its charitable arm, the Henemez Diabetic Foundation. As part of this collaboration, the UNTH Foundation received a significant consignment of glucometers and test strips to support its Indigent Patients Fund Drive Initiative from the Henemez Group.
Mrs. C. Okoronkwo, representing the Henemez Group, officially presented the supplies to the Chief Executive Officer of the UNTH Foundation, Professor Theresa Nwagha, and her team on Tuesday, 29th July 2025. During the handover, Mrs. Okoronkwo also pledged a lifetime donation of test strips to the UNTH Foundation to benefit indigent patients at the hospital.
In her remarks, Professor Nwagha expressed profound gratitude for the generous contribution, assuring that the items would be equitably distributed to deserving patients who rely on such support for their care.
This partnership represents a significant step forward in the UNTH Foundation’s mission to provide accessible healthcare to all patients, particularly those who cannot afford essential medical supplies.
