UNTH Foundation Launches Health for Hope 3.0 to Provide Expanded Healthcare Support for 100 Indigent Patients
The UNTH Foundation has officially launched Health for Hope 3.0: Expanded Support, a flagship healthcare initiative designed to provide life-changing medical assistance to indigent patients living with chronic illnesses.
Building on the success of previous phases, Health for Hope 3.0 represents a significant expansion of the Foundation’s commitment to ensuring that financial hardship does not prevent vulnerable individuals from accessing quality healthcare.
With the full authorization and support of the UNTH Foundation Board, this new phase will provide comprehensive healthcare support for 100 indigent patients facing severe financial barriers to treatment and long-term disease management.
Target Group
Health for Hope 3.0 is specifically designed to support 100 indigent patients who are unable to afford the cost of managing chronic illnesses. The programme seeks to remove financial barriers to care while improving health outcomes and restoring hope to vulnerable individuals and their families.
Covered Chronic Conditions
Eligible patients living with the following conditions may benefit from the programme:
- Sickle Cell Disease
- Hypertension
- Cancer
- Diabetes Mellitus (DM)
- Haemophilia
- Epilepsy
- Other chronic medical conditions
